These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of JustStock. By creating an account, accessing a workspace, or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

You may use JustStock to manage inventory, suppliers, purchase orders, stock movements, stocktakes, alerts, and related business records. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable laws.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Organization owners and administrators are responsible for inviting, removing, and assigning appropriate access to team members.

You may not misuse JustStock, interfere with the service, attempt to access systems or data without authorization, upload unlawful or harmful content, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use the service in a way that violates the rights of others.

You retain ownership of the inventory, supplier, purchasing, and operational data you submit to JustStock. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that data to provide and improve the service.

If paid plans are offered, billing terms, renewal periods, taxes, cancellations, and refunds will be presented at purchase or in the applicable order flow. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We work to keep JustStock reliable, but the service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, upgrades, outages, or events beyond our control. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.

JustStock is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustStock and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using JustStock at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or use the service unlawfully. After termination, some provisions will continue where their nature requires it.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the date above and provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use of JustStock after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
